What we are doing
What we are doing during the pandemic
We are doing as much as we can and also following government guidelines to keep you and us safe.
We are happy to conduct any of our sessions Live Online if requested and prefer this method during Covid Alert Levels 2 and above.
We are happy to wear masks for any On-Site at Your Place/Face to Face training sessions and have do so for several sessions already during Alert Levels 1 and 2. We take your safety seriously and are happy to accommodate your requests to make any session stress and anxiety free to aid learning.
During Alert Levels 3 and 4 we only conduct all our training sessions including Microsoft Team training and Microsoft 365 Overview training Live Online by remote video training or webinar to help our clients and partners with business continuity, and to help people learn and work remotely or learn and work from home.
Contact us if you would like to learn more.
To help with business continuity during Stay at Home/Work from Home Alert Levels, we have partners you can talk to about deploying or purchasing hardware or software needed, and we can help with training your teams to work from home.
This will enable social distancing while also helping teams learn, work and collaborate together from home.
But what is better - Live Online or On-site Training?
The answer is simple. Nothing beats on-site at your place/face to face training!
As expert and professional trainers we always strive to deliver the utmost best training experience.
We rely on subtle visual cues that take place when people are learning on-site/face-to-face together to adapt our training style on the spot and make sure every attendee gets the most out of their training session.
These cues are often missing or lost when someone is staring at you through a video camera.
There are also certain valuable learning interactions that Live Online remote or video based training just can not provide.
That said, we do provide Live Online sessions to rave reviews and are happy to accomodate your preferred choice of training style to meet your particular circumstances.
" We are all One. In a crisis we should all pull together and contribute what we can."
So we want to do our part and help teams around the world get up to speed quickly during this pandemic by offering our Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365 Overview, Microsoft Planner, OneDrive and SharePoint File Management and other sessions via remote video training sessions.
" For our society to keep functioning as best as it can during this crisis, people have to be able to keep working. Businesses have to have continuity. Trade has to continue. "
We want to help enable that.
Contact us to see how we can help train your teams to work from home or work remotely.
We are also following these simple steps to help stop the spread and keep you safe:
Wearing Masks as much as possible and during training sessions if required
Practicing Social Distancing
Scanning QR codes with the Government issued Covid App
Using Bluetooth tracking in the Covid App
Washing hands often for at least 20 seconds with soap or using hand sanitiser often
Coughing or sneezing into elbows or tissues and disposing of tissues quickly.
Do not sharing eating or drinking utensils
Staying away from people if feeling sick or if we have symptoms of cold or flu or fever/high temperature.
Washing hands with soap or using hand sanitiser after playing with pets
Remembering that everyone is special, looking after each other, and trying not to put ourselves or you at risk.
